Job Title: Social Media Manager (13 Years Experience)

Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has 13 years of hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Manage daily community interactions including comments, DMs, mentions, and customer inquiries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
Monitor social media trends, insights, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
Work with designers or create basic visuals, reels, and short-form video content when needed.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
Assist with influencer collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships.
Participate in brainstorming new content ideas and social media strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

13 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of major social platforms and their analytics tools.
Ability to create basic graphics and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and best practices.
Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
Basic understanding of paid advertising on social media (a plus).
