The Formal Club is a growing men’s fashion brand that focuses on premium quality, sustainability, and style. We design shirts made from luxurious fabrics like Giza cotton and eco-friendly bamboo, combining comfort with craftsmanship.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us build a strong online presence, connect with our audience, and drive engagement through creative and effective content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, plan, and manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube and other platforms as well.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Write engaging captions, plan reels, and ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity.
• Manage community interactions — respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries.
• Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
• Stay updated on current trends, hashtags, and competitor activities in the fashion industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content planning software.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a good sense of design and aesthetics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
