Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, determining the cause, and providing a suitable solution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, or policies to customers.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism and patience.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹11,755.90 - ₹20,939.66 per month
