About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of our group of businesses — including an educational institution (college) , premium restaurant , real estate ventures , and a travel agency . The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong storytelling, content creation, and campaign management skills — capable of building a consistent brand voice across industries. Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for each business vertical. Align campaigns with business goals — admissions, brand awareness, property sales, restaurant footfall, and travel bookings. Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans. 2. Content Creation & Management Oversee or produce engaging content — photos, videos, reels, and graphics. Write compelling captions and copy that fit the tone of each brand. Manage daily posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others). Ensure consistency in branding, voice, and design aesthetics. 3. Community Engagement Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Build and manage online communities for each brand. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media for promotions and collaborations. 4. Advertising & Analytics Plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to drive leads and conversions. Track performance metrics — reach, engagement, website traffic, leads, and ROI. Present monthly reports with actionable insights and improvement plans. 5. Coordination Work closely with business owners, photographers, designers, and marketing teams. Support on-ground events, launches, and campaigns. Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience (2–5 years) managing multi-brand social media accounts . Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics tools. Creative mindset with strong visual and writing skills. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling platforms. Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Background Experience in F&B, education, real estate, or travel sectors . Photography/videography or design skills are a plus.
