Key Responsibilities:Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Create high-quality, engaging content—including Instagram Reels, posts, stories, and carousel posts—on a consistent and scheduled basis. Manage the end-to-end content creation process: ideation, scripting, filming (if applicable), editing, and publishing. Monitor social media trends to keep our brand relevant and engaging. Track and analyze performance metrics; provide insights and suggestions for growth. Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions. Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand goals and marketing campaigns. Requirements Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong portfolio of Instagram Reels and content creation. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks. Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
