Role Overview:

At The Marcom Avenue, we don’t do social to stay relevant, we do it to lead the narrative. We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can think like a strategist and execute like a creator. Someone who’s quick on the trends, sharp with the ideas, and hands-on with the execution.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute multi-platform content strategies (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube)

● Lead editorial planning, copywriting, and calendar management

● Oversee ORM with real-time listening, reporting, and sentiment analysis

● Collaborate with leadership for personal brand development and visibility

● Interpret analytics, prepare performance dashboards, and optimize accordingly

● Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, and campaign priorities

Key Skills:

● Deep understanding of social platforms and their algorithms

● Strong copy and visual storytelling skills

● Experience with tools like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Meltwater

● Familiarity with sustainability and energy discourse is a plus

● Proactive, agile, and mature communicator

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
