Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Panchkula. The Social Media Manager will oversee content creation and implementation of strategies across various social media platforms to boost engagement, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer interactions. Responsibilities include planning and managing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for visibility, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with overall branding goals. Collaboration with various teams to create compelling content and monitor trends will be essential to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging and effective content
• Experience in Content Strategy development for social media platforms
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices
• Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
