Graphic and Web Designer

Key Responsibilities: Develop creative and original designs for flex printing, advertising campaigns, signage boards, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions. Maintain and enhance branding guidelines, ensuring consistent visuals across all projects and marketing materials. Use design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW to create design layouts, typography, and illustrations. Ensure that designs are of high quality, meet brand standards, and are production-ready. Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, also in the areas of flex printing and signage boards. Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW). Knowledge of print production processes and materials. Attention to detail and a passion for design. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate changes into designs. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
