Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Zirakpur (On-site) Company: Reachwave Media – Digital Marketing Agency Job Description: We are hiring a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our clients’ social media presence and guide the creative process. The right candidate will be responsible for planning engaging content, writing captions, strategizing campaigns, and also guiding designers with creative ideas and references to ensure impactful visuals that match social media trends. Key Responsibilities: Plan monthly content calendars for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.) Write engaging captions and campaign ideas as per brand requirements Guide and coordinate with the graphic designing team on “what kind of design is needed” for posts, reels, and ads Research trending ideas, hashtags, and formats for better reach and engagement Manage client pages and ensure timely posting and campaign execution Track performance using analytics and share improvement strategies Requirements: 6 months – 2 years of experience in Social Media Management (agency experience preferred) Strong knowledge of content trends, social media formats & digital strategies Ability to communicate creative briefs clearly to designers Excellent written & verbal communication skills Passion for social media, creativity, and result-driven approach Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary based on skills Creative and growth-focused work culture Opportunity to work with multiple brands and industries Job Type: Full-time | On-site Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
