Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) tailored to each platform.
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns on social media.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports (engagement, reach, conversions).
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team for campaigns and branding.
• Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, or similar.
• Knowledge of social media ads, SEO, and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent writing, communication, and creativity skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
