Data Entry Operator (Excel Expert)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Data Entry Operator with advanced knowledge of MS Excel. The ideal candidate should be proficient in functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, preparing reports, and supporting the team with efficient data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in Excel and internal databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Conditional Formatting.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data at all times.
• Sort, organize, and analyze data as per business requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to provide data support for decision-making.
• Identify errors, rectify mismatches, and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting – mandatory).
• Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and basic computer operations.
• Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum qualification: 12th/Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications (preferred).
