ALIV is a regenerative wellness clinic offering personalized IV therapies and Autologous Cell Therapy. We focus on preventative care and healthy aging.

Role Summary

Own ALIV's organic social presence end to endbuild engagement, organic followers, and brand trust across platforms. Lead founder/doctor personal branding to make complex medical topics simple and relatable for the Indian audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Calendar: Define platform-wise goals, content pillars, and a monthly/weekly calendar (IG, YouTube/Shorts, LinkedIn, X).
  • Personal Branding: Plan and produce thought-leadership posts, founder stories, clinic behind-the-scenes, Q&As, and media features.
  • Content Production: Write hooks/captions, script Reels, shoot/edit short videos, design posts/carousels, and brief designers/creators.
  • Education-first Storytelling: Turn medical inputs into easy, accurate, patient-friendly content (FAQs, myths vs facts, outcomes, care tips).
  • Community & DM Flow: Handle comments/DMs, build UGC/testimonial pipelines (with consent), escalate medical queries to clinicians.
  • Growth & Collaboration: Run organic collabs with creators/patients, employee-advocacy, and micro-communities (WhatsApp/FB/Telegram).
  • Analytics & Iteration: Track KPIs, A/B test hooks/formats, report insights, and refine weekly.
  • Compliance: Ensure medical accuracy, no false claims, proper disclaimers, before/after usage norms, and adherence to clinic SOPs.

Must-Have Skills

  • 35+ years in organic social; portfolio of growth + engagement results.
  • Strong copywriting (clear, crisp, Indian audience savvy) + basic video editing/design (Reels, Shorts, Canva/CapCut/Adobe).
  • Proven personal branding work for founders/doctors/leaders.
  • Comfortable translating medical inputs into simple content; fluent in English + Hindi/Marathi (or local language).
  • Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, UTMs/GA4, and social listening.

Good to Have

  • Healthcare/wellness brand experience.
  • Basic SEO for social, newsletter coordination, and blog repurposing.
  • Experience managing freelancers/creators and studio shoots.

  • Engagement rate (ER) & saves/shares
  • Non-paid reach & follower growth
  • Profile visits ? DMs/website clicks (tracked with UTMs)
  • Content output consistency (cadence)
  • Positive brand mentions & response time
