Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across different social platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist in creating engaging graphics, captions, and reels.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new creative ideas.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to improve results.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in social media management (freshers welcome).
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Creative thinking and passion for digital marketing.
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
