Social Media Manager


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow clients’ social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & more
  • Plan monthly content calendars and execute strategy with creativity
  • Work closely with the design team with strong understanding of

    color combinations, visual aesthetics & brand consistency

  • Research trending hashtags, audio, and industry-specific trends

  • Participate actively in reel creation, ideation, script suggestions & on-ground content shoots

  • Monitor analytics and refine strategy to improve engagement reach.



What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design basics, color theory & visual direction
  • Ability to identify trends early and adapt content quickly
  • Excellent understanding of hashtags, audience behavior & platform algorithms
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and coordination skills
