Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, search engines, and display advertising platforms. - Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools to measure KPIs. - Managing social media accounts by scheduling content, posting updates, and engaging with the community. - Developing and implementing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. - Optimizing website content and implementing SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings. - Creating compelling content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and other digital platforms. - Collaborating with design, content, and development teams to create assets for digital campaigns. - Staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategy. - Assisting in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including budget management and performance tracking. - Preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports for internal teams and stakeholders. - Contributing ideas to enhance digital marketing efforts and support the overall marketing strategy. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising. - Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz. - Strong communication and copywriting skills. - Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact. - Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads is advantageous. - Creativity, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach with a passion for digital marketing.
