Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager who can independently ideate, strategize, and execute social media campaigns with excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over the English language, a creative mindset, and hands-on experience managing multiple social media accounts, preferably for diverse clients.

This role requires someone from a strong English-medium academic background, with the ability to lead a team, handle multiple projects efficiently, and deliver innovative social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and execute engaging social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.
• Independently ideate fresh content ideas, campaign themes, and engagement strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple social media accounts (client and in-house).
• Handle social media calendar creation, post scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Respond to community interactions and handle online reputation.
• Work closely with designers, content writers, and digital marketing teams.
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends and algorithm changes.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of social media executives/interns.
• Prepare and present performance reports to clients and management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4- 5 years of relevant social media management experience, preferably in an agency or digital-first environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A-grade schooling background from an English medium school is preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, tools, and paid promotions.
• Team leadership and multitasking skills are a must.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
