Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives
Manage daily operations across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) ensuring consistent voice and engagementDrive organic growth in followers and engagement with measurable outcomesPlan and run performance-driven campaigns to boost visibility and revenueCollaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams to build cohesive campaignsMonitor analytics, prepare monthly reports, and present insights with actionable recommendationsStay updated with trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep campaigns relevant and impactful
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in managing social media for D2C brands (or agencies with strong D2C portfolio)
Strong communication and copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling narrativesDemonstrated success in growing social media presence (follower base, engagement rate, brand visibility)Experience in driving sales and revenue via social media campaignsProficiency in analytics and tools for campaign tracking and optimizationCreative thinker with a hustler mindset, able to work independently and deliver results
