Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy:

  Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across

  Meta,

  LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms tailored for B2B SaaS growth.

• Performance Marketing:

  Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

• Conversion API & Tracking:

  Implement and manage Meta Conversion API (CAPI), LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement.

• Content & Engagement:

  Work with the content and design teams to create engaging content (posts, creatives, ad copies) that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target B2B audiences.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  Monitor KPIs, campaign metrics, and conversion funnels; prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.

• Experimentation:

  Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve CTR, CPL, and overall conversion rates.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with product positioning, demand generation goals, and revenue objectives.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in social media management and advertising, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Conversion API, GTM, Pixel integrations, and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to drive qualified leads and pipeline through social media advertising.
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journey, SaaS marketing funnels, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas while keeping business outcomes in focus.
