Job Description

• Managing campaigns: Lead campaigns and projects across social media channels
• Analyzing data: Use social media tools to analyze usage data and campaign effectiveness
• Responding to feedback: Respond to social media posts, discussions, and customer feedback
• Working with teams: Collaborate with marketing teams and other stakeholders
• Building relationships: Build client relationships and facilitate customer service
