Job Title: HR Recruiter Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Greater Noida Job Type: Full-time Department: Human Resources Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely hiring of quality talent to meet organizational needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding). Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. Source candidates using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media). Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates based on job fit and company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports. Assist with employer branding and campus hiring initiatives. Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. Experience using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus. Preferred Skills: Exposure to bulk hiring/IT/non-IT hiring (as applicable). Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc. Team player with strong organizational skills.
