Job Title: Social Media Manager

Experience: 1–3 years

Location: Bhubaneswar

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Social Media Manager with proven experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. This role requires someone who can strategize, execute, and optimize digital campaigns while effectively managing brand presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
• Create and curate engaging content aligned with brand goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram ads etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
• Respond to followers, manage online reputation, and boost audience engagement.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Run paid campaigns and ensure optimal ROI
• Manage content calendars and ensure brand consistency across platform
• Transform raw footage into polished Reels and short-form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Manager
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
