Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a
comprehensive social media strategy
across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and manage a
monthly content calendar
aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
Shoot UGC videos and design new content buckets
Create, edit, and publish engaging
content including posts, stories, videos, and reels
.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure
visual and brand consistency
.
Track performance metrics using
analytics tools
and prepare monthly reports with insights.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
Identify
trends, hashtags, and influencer opportunities
to boost engagement.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, HR, PR) to amplify key messages and campaigns.
Stay up to date with platform updates and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in managing brand social media accounts.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and ad tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative skills.
Proficiency in tools like
Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategy.
Experience with influencer collaborations and online reputation management is a plus.
