About the Role:

Social Media Manager


Responsibilities

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn (and other platforms as needed).
  • Create a monthly content calendar with fresh ideas.
  • Post daily content, reels, stories, carousels, shorts, updates.
  • Coordinate with designers/editors for content production.
  • Monitor trends and convert them into content opportunities.
  • Engage with followers: reply to comments, DMs, queries.
  • Run giveaways, polls, and engagement campaigns.
  • Track analytics & prepare growth reports.
  • Maintain brand tone and visual identity.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and current trends
  • Ability to plan and strategies content
  • Knowledge of hashtags, SEO, and reels optimization
  • Good communication & copywriting skills
  • Ability to work with creative teams
  • Basic design skills (Canva or Figma)
  • Understanding of paid ads is a plus
