Key Responsibilities:

Develop, schedule, and manage high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Boost posts and run targeted
Meta Ads
using Meta Ad Manager & Meta Ad Booster
Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI
Track and analyze KPIs (Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and report weekly/monthly
Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and improve brand visibility
Work closely with graphic designers or use tools (like Canva) for post creation
Engage with followers and respond to queries and comments promptly
Research and stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Follower Growth Rate
Engagement Rate (likes, comments, shares)
Ad Campaign Performance
(CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS)
Lead Generation / Conversion Metrics
Content Reach & Impressions
Post Boosting Results

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management
Strong expertise in
Meta Ad Manager & Meta Post Boosting
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva/Photoshop
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
