creative and result-driven Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Run and optimize

    Meta Ads & Google Ads

    campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaign visuals and messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using insights & analytics.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small in-house team.
  • Stay up to date with trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Develop innovative content strategies to grow audience engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    2 years of hands-on experience

    in social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge and execution experience with

    Meta Ads Manager

    and

    Google Ads

    .
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Creative mindset with excellent content ideation skills.
  • Strong communication & analytical skills.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc., is a plus.
