Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Kottayam. The Social Media Manager will oversee the company's social media presence by creating and implementing effective strategies to engage audiences, building brand awareness, and driving online engagement. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms, generating and publishing content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to achieve marketing goals. Coordinating with various teams to align campaigns with the company’s objectives will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Communication and Writing skills with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience in developing Content Strategies tailored for different social media platforms
• Creativity and analytical skills to monitor and evaluate social media performance
• Knowledge of social media tools and platforms, market trends, and brand promotion strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience managing social media accounts for organizations is an added advantage
