About Us:

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency passionate about helping brands scale their online presence. Our team thrives on creativity, strategy, and measurable results. We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can manage multiple client accounts, craft engaging campaigns, and deliver impactful results across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, etc.) for diverse industries.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to deliver visually appealing and impactful creatives.
  • Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to keep client campaigns ahead of the curve.
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with online communities to build strong client-brand relationships.
  • Work closely with the strategy team to align social campaigns with SEO, content, and overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Prepare performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, growth, and recommendations.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicable.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
  • Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt tone and style for different client industries.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic graphic design & video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
