Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strong social media content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Work closely with the Content/Brand Strategist to translate brand ideas into engaging, trend-led content.
• Supervise content production — from briefing the team (designers, editors, influencers) to reviewing and final uploads.
• Write, edit, and review captions, scripts, and creative copies aligned with brand tone.
• Stay ahead of trends, memes, and cultural moments to make Invogue’s social presence relevant and relatable.
• Coordinate with influencer marketing and paid marketing teams to maintain campaign synergy.
• Monitor brand mentions, audience engagement, and community conversations.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management (fashion/lifestyle/D2C brand preferred).
• Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and platform algorithms.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, trends, and brand tonality.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work with creative teams.
• Someone proactive, witty, and loves turning ideas into scroll-stopping content.
