Job Description

We are searching for a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker, an excellent communicator, and a tech-savvy individual with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals.

- Identify and define target audience segments and create tailored content strategies for each platform.

2. Content Creation and Management:

- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.

- Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

3. Engagement and Community Management:

- Engage with followers, respond to queries and comments in a timely manner, and foster a sense of community.

- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Use social media analytics tools to track performance, measure key metrics, and prepare regular reports.

- Use insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

5. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to create high-quality content.

6. Staying Updated:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.

- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus points:

- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.

- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.

- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns.
