Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Kolkata. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media channels, and managing day-to-day social media activities. The role will also involve monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

🔹 Research, draft, edit and proofread articles, website content, social media posts, press releases, etc

🔹 Manage and post on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

🔹 Create engaging content (graphics, captions, videos).

🔹 Monitor & analyze social media performance.

🔹 Assist in paid marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads).

🔹 Research trends & competitors’ strategies.

Requirements:

✅Strong Communication and Writing skills

✅ Knowledge of Canva, Filmora, Photoshop, etc.

✅ Familiarity with digital ads is a plus.

✅ Creative & analytical mindset.

Salary: 12k-15k per month
