Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager in Kozhikode. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts. Daily tasks will include creating content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, conducting social media optimization (SMO), and collaborating with other departments to ensure content aligns with company goals.

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing content strategies
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Proficiency with social media management tools
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
