Job Summary

dynamic Social Media Manager


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

  • Design eye-catching social media posts and graphics using Canva tailored for real estate audiences.
  • Edit simple videos for reels, stories, and posts to enhance engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and client goals.

Platform Management

  • Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, etc.) and provide regular performance reports.
  • Use insights to optimize content and posting strategies for maximum impact.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with account managers, graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure cohesive and on-brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and tools to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Canva & Adobe Suite for graphic design and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
  • Basic video editing skills using tools like InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years managing social media accounts, ideally within real estate or marketing agencies.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
