Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s presence across key social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) for daily posting
• Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online community
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, followers, etc.) and optimize strategy
• Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook,)
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of hashtag strategy, and social media algorithms.
