Responsibilities Brainstorm and execute trending and creative Reel ideas Analyze Instagram account performance and audience engagement Create engaging and aesthetically pleasing graphics and story designs Edit Reels and short-form videos using relevant editing tools Keep up with social trends, meme culture, and viral content formats Contribute to campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling Take ownership of tasks and work independently with accountability Assist the Creative Head of the Company Be a professional in Client communications We’re Looking For Students, freshers, or recent graduates passionate about Instagram and brand creativity Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe, Canva, CapCut, VN, or any reel/video editing app A strong eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and visual communication Comfortable with deadlines, revisions, and fast-paced creative execution Willingness to learn, experiment, and push creative boundaries Location: Remote | Duration: 6 Months | Start Date: Immediate Stipend: Performance based
