Salary Range: ₹5–7 LPA (based on experience)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager with proven experience in the Real Estate industry. The candidate must be from Karnataka with proficiency in Kannada and should have a strong track record of handling Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) and driving effective lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to build brand presence and generate quality leads.
• Create and optimize ad campaigns across Meta platforms to achieve targeted results.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance of campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Generate engaging content in English and Kannada suitable for diverse real estate audiences.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience in Real Estate sector.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in Social Media Management & Lead Generation.
• Must be from Karnataka and fluent in Kannada (spoken & written).
• Strong knowledge of Meta ad campaigns and audience targeting.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
