Role Overview: We are looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. You’ll be responsible for managing the entire social media presence of Fitty — from strategy to execution. You’ll be leading the content calendar, creating engaging stories, scripting compelling narratives, and building a community that resonates with our brand voice and values. Specifically, this role will involve: Own and manage Fitty’s social media platforms (primarily Instagram , along with Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand tone Write creative, high-performing scripts for reels, videos, and posts Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and writers to bring content ideas to life Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and optimize content accordingly Stay updated with social trends, audio, reels formats, and algorithm updates to keep content fresh and relevant Engage with the community — respond to comments, DMs, and build a loyal follower base Ideal candidate will have: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for D2C or consumer brands, preferably in the health/wellness/lifestyle space Strong understanding of content creation — from ideation to publishing and performance tracking Experience in writing scripts for short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) Ability to think creatively and strategically, while also executing quickly Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic social media analytics Excellent communication skills and an eye for design and storytelling Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism , or a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 17/06/2025
