We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager with strong experience in managing digital presence for D2C or consumer-facing brands. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and well-versed in building engaging content, growing communities, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

• Handle daily social media activities across major platforms.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and communication style.

2. Brand Voice & Content Creation

• Develop engaging content that aligns with brand aesthetics and storytelling.
• Write strong copies tailored for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.

3. Community & Growth

• Build and grow online communities through meaningful engagement.
• Support influencer collaborations and community-driven content.

4. Founder-Led Marketing

• Assist in creating content and strategies for founder-driven social presence.

5. Performance & Analytics

• Track performance metrics and share insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Optimize content strategy based on data and platform trends.

Must-Have Skills

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in social media for D2C/consumer brands.
• Proven ability to scale social presence with high engagement.
• Strong understanding of design aesthetics, storytelling, and platform algorithms.
• Excellent content sense for short-form videos, reels, and visual storytelling.
• Interest in parenting, lifestyle, or wellness content is a strong advantage.
