Ensure every video reflects Soulpresso s brand, tone, and mission
Design static posts, carousels, and graphics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools
Maintain consistent visual branding across all social platforms
Develop and manage a robust content calendar for Instagram and other platforms
Post regularly, monitor analytics, engage with followers, and adapt based on insights
Stay up to date with algorithm changes and emerging trends to optimize performance
Pitch bold and creative content ideas aligned with Soulpresso s purpose
Execute concepts independently or collaborate with external creatives when needed
Attend and cover events in real-time through Stories, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content
Capture key moments to extend reach and post-event engagement
Ensure all posts maintain Soulpresso s voice, values, and visual identity
Uphold storytelling integrity in all forms of content
Regularly analyze video performance, post engagement, and follower growth
Use data to inform strategy, test new formats, and maximize results
Proficient in design platforms like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok trends
Highly creative and organised with a strong sense of visual storytelling
Able to manage social channels independently with a data-driven approach
