Role Overview

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end social media presence for multiple client brands (strategy → execution).
• Create engaging content calendars, captions, and campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.
• Handle client interactions for briefs, feedback, and approvals.
• Actively participate in in-house shoots and coordinate outdoor video/photo shoots.
• Analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and optimize accordingly.
• Stay updated with latest digital and social trends to apply creative ideas.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1.5 – 3 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing / SMO.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in handling client accounts independently.
• Creative mindset with ability to ideate and execute content strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and other reporting dashboards.
• Outspoken, camera-friendly, and comfortable being part of shoots.
• Willingness to travel for brand shoots and content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
