As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social strategy and community engagement.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager with 5–6 years of experience who can independently strategize, manage, and grow our presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of wellness trends, audience behavior, and content that drives engagement and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall social media strategy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories) in collaboration with designers and content writers
• Manage day-to-day social media activity including posting, monitoring, responding, and community engagement
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns with performance tracking (boosts, ads, retargeting)
• Track key metrics like engagement, reach, CTR, and follower growth, and prepare monthly performance reports
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry trends
• Collaborate with influencers, wellness communities, and content creators for campaigns
• Ensure brand voice and Ayurvedic values are consistently represented across all content
• Support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions with targeted content strategies

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in managing social media for wellness, Ayurveda, FMCG, or D2C brands
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Proven experience in content planning, calendar management, and team coordination
• Ability to work with design, content, and performance marketing teams
• Basic understanding of social media ads (Meta Ads Manager, YouTube ads)
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify trends and create viral-worthy content
• Must have own laptop and stable internet (for remote work)
• Candidates from Jodhpur preferred but remote applicants are welcome
