Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media channels, drive engagement, and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, stays up-to-date with current trends, and knows how to create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Manage and curate content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create and schedule posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster a strong online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and product teams to develop campaigns.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, or partner accounts when needed.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets, if applicable.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms.
• Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with social media ad buying and A/B testing.
• Background in SEO and content marketing.
• Video editing skills for Reels, Stories

Salary Range: [40-50k)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
