About Us

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, growing followers, and driving meaningful engagement that aligns with our brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, etc.) to boost brand awareness.
• Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
• Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and other platforms.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools.
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads preferred).
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights for campaign improvement.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
