About the Organization:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, including
Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
.
Plan and create engaging content: reels, stories, posts, newsletters, and campaigns.
Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and visuals.
Monitor channel performance, analyze data, and present monthly reports.
Brainstorm creative marketing concepts aligned with school culture and academic calendar.
Respond to followers, manage comments, and build strong online communities.
Collaborate with academic teams, media team, and leadership for content input.
Track competitor activity, social trends, and benchmark industry insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

23 years of hands-on experience in
Social Media Management
.
Strong knowledge of content creation & video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva).
Solid understanding of
social media analytics and performance metrics
.
Comfortable managing multiple platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and trending content.

Preferred but not Mandatory:

Previous experience working in schools, education platforms, or academic environments is a plus but not mandatory.
