Job Description

 
  • Manage and grow the Universitys social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, etc.) aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate with design, video, and content teams for timely updates.
  • Coordinate with different colleges to conceptualize and shoot interesting, creative content.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and suggest strategies for growth.
  • Engage with audiences, respond to queries, and build community presence.
  • Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support in managing paid campaigns and boosting posts when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1 2 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of content creation, analytics, and platform algorithms.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop, video editing tools will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
