Design and build efficient, reusable backend systems
Develop APIs and web services for internal and external integrations
Database Management
Create and maintain structured databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
Optimize queries and manage data security protocols
Website & Portal Support
Ensure smooth functioning of CMS-based and custom websites
Coordinate with frontend and UX/UI teams to ensure seamless performance
CRM & Lead Management Integrations
Integrate and maintain tools like Zoho CRM, marketing automation platforms, and chatbot systems
Performance & Security
Monitor and improve application performance and server response time
Ensure secure coding practices and perform vulnerability assessments
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Debug backend issues and provide quick resolutions
Perform regular audits and backups of web properties
Documentation
Maintain code documentation and standard operating procedures
Proficiency in backend languages like PHP, Node.js, or Python
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, server-side logic, and MVC architecture
Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB
Hands-on experience with CMS (like WordPress or Drupal) is a plus
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred
