Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Python and Go. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Architect and implement scalable and efficient APIs, ensuring they are well-documented and adhere to industry standards. You will optimize database queries for performance, work with large datasets to ensure data integrity, implement caching strategies, and participate in regular code reviews to provide constructive feedback to peers. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python and Go. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Architect and implement scalable and efficient APIs. - Ensure APIs are well-documented and adhere to industry standards. - Optimize database queries for performance and efficiency. - Work with large datasets to ensure data integrity and consistency. - Implement caching strategies to improve application performance. - Participate in regular code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers. - Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills to address complex software challenges. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products. Qualifications: - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on Python or Go. - Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex software systems. - Proficiency in Python or Go. - Proficiency in Postgresql or any relevant SQL database and MongoDB. - Knowledge of React and PySpark is a plus. - Strong understanding of API design and development. - Experience with query optimization, database management, background tasks, and cron jobs. - Familiarity with caching mechanisms and strategies.
