Full Stack/Backend Lead

As a Full Stack/Backend Lead at PrivaSapien, your role involves architecting, designing, and maintaining scalable software solutions using Python or Go for backend development and React.js for frontend interfaces. You will be responsible for: - Building and optimizing event-driven systems using tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS. - Developing and implementing RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket services for seamless communication between systems. - Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to create responsive, user-friendly web applications. - Optimizing database performance, ensuring data integrity for SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems, and enhancing application performance with effective caching strategies using Redis or Memcached. - Implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms adhering to industry standards and managing secrets securely using HashiCorp Vault. - Mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting best coding practices. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time. - Staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Python or Go for backend development. - Extensive experience with React.js for frontend development. - Hands-on expertise with event-driven systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SNS/SQS. - Proficiency in database optimization, query performance tuning for PostgreSQL and MongoDB. - Experience implementing caching solutions using Redis or Memcached. - Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault for secret management. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket services. - Additional experience in Express.js or PySpark will be advantageous. - Experience in managing SSO integrations (Azure SSO), LDAP protocols, and MFA solutions. - 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, software architecture, or similar roles.
