As a Backend Developer - Laravel located in Pune with 3-5 years of experience, your primary role involves developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using PHP (Laravel framework). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and optimizing the existing codebase, troubleshooting and resolving application issues, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and creating technical documentation for future reference. Additionally, you will work closely with UI/UX designers, conduct code reviews, and implement security best practices.
