Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including
social media posts, website banners, brochures, posters, event creatives, presentations, and advertisements
.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop
engaging and brand-aligned designs
for university campaigns.
Create motion graphics, infographics, and other multimedia content for
social media and digital platforms
.
Ensure all designs align with the university s
brand guidelines and visual identity
.
Work with content writers, video editors, and other stakeholders to create cohesive
marketing materials
.
Stay updated with
design trends and industry best practices
to enhance creative output.
Optimize graphics for
various digital platforms
to ensure high-quality visuals across all devices.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting
strict deadlines
.
Review and refine designs based on feedback to achieve
the best possible outcome
.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in
Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
.
Proven experience as a
Graphic Designer
, preferably in
education, marketing, or corporate branding
.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
.
Strong portfolio showcasing
creative design skills
across various formats.
Ability to create
engaging static and motion graphics
.
Knowledge of
UI/UX principles
and familiarity with tools like
Figma or Adobe XD
is a plus.
Understanding of
print production processes
and digital media formats.
Strong
attention to detail
and the ability to translate ideas into
effective visual communication
.
Excellent communication and
collaboration skills
to work within a team.
Ability to
multitask and manage time effectively
in a fast-paced environment.
