Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision:

Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our brand's goals and target audience.


Audience Insight:

Conduct audience research to inform content decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.


Content Planning:

Create content strategies, content calendars, and engaging content tailored to our audience.


Data Analytics:

Utilise analytics to measure performance and provide actionable insights.


Budget Oversight:

Manage budget allocation efficiently across campaigns and platforms.


Campaign Excellence:

Craft and execute compelling social media campaigns.


Competitive Analysis:

Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.


Trend Adaptation:

Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.


Long-Term Vision:

Develop a long-term vision for our Beyoung’s social media presence.


Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a unified brand message.


Influencer Marketing:

Build relationships with loyal customers who love our brand and partner with popular people on social media promote us.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or a similar role on social media platforms like Meta, YouTube, Linkedin, Twitter and others
  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
